Staff after my wife passed away where very helpful in a time of stress I am very thankfull.also got mail on procedures of things to do was a great help.also talked me through on how to send money over seas a bit hard for me at the time.thank you

Poor service and bad attitude from information desk and teller.nMakes me wonder why I'm with this bank.nMight be time for a change.

Extremely slow customer service, I had to wait for 40’ for someone to see me to open an account, when a CS finally got to me, she started talking about the weather, COVID 19 and asking unrelated questions... one hour later I’ve decided to leave without the account as who know how long that cant take. She disregarded my time and the other people waiting time. I do not recommend this branch unless you love waiting and small chat.

The staff are the rudest, most unprofessional, slowest, least caring bunch of useless morons the ever drew a breath.nTo never have to deal with these idiots again would be too soon . The Westpac head office has to go there and give them a lesson in customer service because no one there has the foggiest idea what that is.nHopeless!

Worst customer service, sloths can run this joint better.
