ANZ Branch Kippa Ring

Friday Afternoon and theres 9 people in the Queue only 1 of the 3 tellers open. Rest of the staff chillin out on their computers. Pretty over it.

ANZ Branch Kippa Ring ..One teller working flat out.. 4 staff idle with no people to service. Long line of ANZ customers (Minimum average wait 10 minutes) and idle staff members asking if they can assist to you to use the atm machine instead of opening another teller. .. Asked the staff to open another teller was told to fill in a feedback form .. great joke on us customers ANZ..Keep on Moving with ANZ ....HA HA.... Keep on waiting with ANZ. .TIME THIEVES

Roller door was shut 5 mins before closing time, all I needed to do was drop a letter to the front desk.

Every time I go to ANZ it feels like I'm waiting in line at an amusement park but once I'm finally at the start of the line I only get disappointed because there's no ferris wheel and only grumpy staff who are inconsiderate.

Terrible service! 5 people waiting in line and they close all tellers to only 1 person serving!!!....
