Suncorp Bank

We do not often have to go to Suncorp Bank usually to replace cards and advice.nYesterday we finally found out our Unit Block had finally changed hands after a few months of temerity. We received plenty of infornation from the new owner but I made a mistake of paying by BPay my usual system. Then when I read more further down there was the new owners details what we needed. I immediately went back on the phone to the BPay department and they will recover all except $30.nYesterday we decided to go to our bank and ask them to pay some money direct to the new owner, t9 cover the rent I withheld as the sale transaction had gone through.nTwo lovely young ladies called us over provided chairs for us and I had written down and explained I wanted money sent as soon as possible to cover the rent I had withheld and then every two weeks send the same amount to cover two weeks rent.nAloma was helping a young lady learn procedures and they said they could be a little slow. I told them that was no problem for us as they were helping us to get a headache sorted.nAloma and her understudy were just gorgeous and thoughtful in every way. To the young lady we apologize for not noticing her name.nWe had had a few weeks of uncertainty and stressful thoughts to cope with and they certainly cheered us up now we dont have to worry about the rent.nkind regards to both of you well done

Maybe update your hours on the internet. I spent 30 minutes traveling each way. Disgusted.

You need to update your Saturday hours on the internet. The Branch is not open although on the internet it indicates you are open 9 - 5 on Saturday. Also I am not the first complainant.

Suncorp???? Do they care???? From my frustrations at Kippa Ring Branch and listening to other customers..... It seems there are many many unhappy customers. How can they shut for 2 months and all along advise that yes we are able to cater for businesses only to find this is NOT the case at all. As always the response is SO SORRY.. can't do anything about it. No problem solving, no offer to fix and find solutions... just go to Sandgate or Northlakes where they can service you.... REALLY! Shutting down of kippa great catalyst to changes banks....
