BOQ North Lakes

The whole team at BOQ North Lakes have always looked after me. I've been banking there for almost 15 years and have never felt so well understood! I recently had a conversation with Gina about my surplus of accounts and how I was using certain accounts wrong. She called me in for a meeting and we went through, closed unnecessary accounts and changed my accounts to their intended use! Thanks so much for always being so helpful.

Terrible experience with the manager before current one. Reason I write this is because had to wait for over an hour on the phone after speaking to two separate nations around the world to end up get terrible service from a Perth boq,,go figure, BOQ have their other customer depot in queensland.

Jeff Walls is a great owner / manager of the BOQ @ North Lakes. Him and his staff provide terrific customer service to all their clients!
