Wouldn't accept one of my international cheques claiming it was expired. I pointed out it still has 3 weeks left before it expires, they still wouldn't accept it. Went to CBA instead like I should have done in the first place and banked it there no hassles. Stop wasting peoples time and money.

Despite complaints of speed of service, no changes have been made. As a business person I don't have a spare 20 minutes to stand in line twice a week. A big line out to the door and one cashier on?? It's not good enough!
