Horrible customer service. The staff, Sam and Clayton said that we could withdraw money with a pink slip as long as a letter was written by my mother authorising the action . Called them later only to be falsely accused of regularly using pink slips and that my sick mother has to come to the bank to sort the problem. This was the first time we used the pink slip and will be the last time with Heritage Bank. Immediately changing banks.

The staff here are great! Kahli and Clayton are amazing in their job and always friendly and welcoming. We had the best experience with getting our loan with Kahli. Couldn't be happier
