Expect absolutely nothing but appalling service, especially from KIM, who couldn't seem to complete an APPROVED mortgage refinance for 5 months before it was put in the laps of an equally incompetent employee.

Very very poor service, needed a copy of a form to take home and fill out. No one with the ability to print a form at the counter. I have to go and print off the internet myself ( not easy from a phone) thanks for adding a couple of hours inconvenience to my day Suncorp. Time to change banks.

Michelle was amazing!! She was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation and quickly help me apply for a refund for a scam purchase I made. Very friendly and professional services.

The staff are great and very helpful however I have never seen a bank branch/office designed like this. There appears to be no designated point or area to wait for service from anyone who might wish to attend to you. There appears to be a meet and greet person sometimes at opening and busy times however just walking in other times of the day you may have no idea who or when you are to be attended to. The partitioning is so high at the cashiers sometimes you cannot see if a teller will ever see you or you just hope that a person will appear from one of a number of rooms, most of which you can't see due to a very large screen in the middle of the office. Unusual.

Useless for anyone who works, their open hours are only 9.30am - 2pm weekdays and closed on weekends ud83eudd26‍♂ufe0f
