St.George Branch North Lakes

Amazing service from Melissa. I had an issue but rather than say ‘sorry, I can’t help’, Melissa did what she could to help and was really super friendly. Great service not expected from a bank

Googled St George branches and located a branch closesrt to me at Peninsula Fair. Went there after work to find the branch was permanently closed down. Googled again, next one was Westfields North Lakes. From the area I recognised the area to be Noeth Lakes Drive. Arrived to find the branch isn't there either. I asked someone and they said it was down the other end of the shopping centre near Woolworths.nnIts taken me an hour to locate you to only come into a branch to verify my bloody identity WHICH IVE ALREADY SUBMITTED ONLINE!!!nnUPDATE YOUR F3^KIN DETAILS ON GOOGLE

Worst bank ever! All communication. Customer service. Time managment. Sold house n gave them over a month's notice. settlement was suppose to be 30th march n still not ready as of 3rd April. Arggg not to mention they lost our money on another settlement years ago.nLoyal customer for 38 years n NO RESPECT

Melissa and her team are always so helpful and friendly. I switched to bank with them a few years ago as you don’t get service in many places like this. Good old fashioned service at its best. ud83dudc4d
