Worst customer service ever! Tam (which probably isnt even her name) you need to get some manners you condescending cow. I'll NEVER step foot in THAT branch again.

horrible bank to death with, staff are just plain rude and indifferent

It is a nightmare if you have to go to the bank. The wait can be half an hour. It is equally difficult to telephone suncorp bank. It doesnt matter what time of day you ring, there is always a recording saying there are high volumes of calls at the moment, and you have to wait 20 minutes and are lucky if it doesnt disconnect you anyway.

No wonder grand plaza website says this shop does not exist - staff are arrogant & not helpful!nnIf you can get away will just calling suncorp on their main number 131155 instead they are much easier to deal with and really go above and beyond.
