Can't complain about the service because there isn't any. One star is one star too many. Don't answer phone or email. Left urgent message regarding property settlement the next day took 24 hours to call back. Most of their lending is handled offshore. They should be ashamed calling themselves ANZ.

This is the worst bank in history, if their ATM is out of service you cannot BANK your own money, what the hell kind of Bank is that. Should just be called USELESS.
