Westpac Branch Browns Plains

The Smart ATM machine miscount the deposit. It didn't count our $500 out of the total. (We were lucky which we counted before)The next day we went to the bank and they said it was in the reject section at the back of the machine. My first time seeing this problem. (I thought the smart banking never makes this huge mistake. )

Never a problem happy to wait in line. Staff always helpful and deliver A great experience.

I called to make a booking to see someone and got the message bank so i left a message. No one called me back so i went in to the browns plains branch. Since the renovation there are no signs directing you and i had to wait in a long line for the one teller who was working. I waited in line 20 minutes just to be told that no one there could help me and that i should've called to make a booking?!?!?!?!? I've been there about 4 times since the renovation and every time i've received terrible customer service. i can't believe their manager hasn't seen this and done something about it. Their google rating says it all.
