Went to enquire about new accounts as I am unhappy with current bank. Walk straight up to the Counter staff were extremely helpful and informative different changing banks in the near future

Wanted to change banks, and since now live in Qld thought to change to BOQ. Went inside spoke to the friendly and helpful lady at the counter who told us to have a seat and she will get someone for us. So a lady by the name of Aleisha came out who deals with opening new accounts up, she was so lovely. When we were in her office, we all talked about everything in general she was beyond friendly and helpful it was like we had known her for years. We are so happy we decided to go with BOQ, would highly recommend Browns Plains branch. Thanks for all of your help Aleisha and Jamie ud83dude0a

Dustin is amazing, he has helped us refinance our home with a better rate. Dustin come down to us on the Gold Coast to arrange the application, when the finance had been approved Dustin went out of his way and again he met us to sign the documents. Love your work
