The home loan advice here is terrible. They got the amount, duration, list of assets and time required to process all wrong. The end result was multiple extensions to the contract which finally fell through.nnI am now using a different branch who check their work and give accurate advice.

Terrible seirvice worst seirvice I have had by a bank ever! will be taking our money elsewhere wanting to discuss purchasing our first home as we already have a deposit and was told by your home lone expert that coming to see us and keeping our appointment was a waste of time.

Sharyn and the team have been incredible to deal with! After having some trouble with the online application process, I went in to the branch and asked for help. Sharyn made it her mission to make sure the issue was resolved and went above and beyond to do so.

Wish i could only put no stars what a disgrace this branch should be ashamed deposited a cheque when i checked my balance it did not register rang the branch was treated appalling and spoken over by someone who could not even speak english some lessons in customer service would be beneficial this is why people shut their accounts.
