The ladies were so nice. Very happy and caring. Had the best customer service I have ever seen. Always smiling. Had a great experience there. Highly recommend.

Deposited a cheque after Xmas and both ladies behind the counter were disinterested and treated me like rubbish.

Careless staff that don't care about customer needs. I guess they need to be replaced

Customer service was terrible. On Tues 15Aug2017 my wife went to get $300.00 in change for a fundraiser, as we have accounts with Commonwealth Bank. The teller had no bag for the money and offered no solution. My wife suggested getting a bag from the car but the teller complained about having to recount the money on her return so my wife had to put $300.00 of change in her hand bag!! My wife was visibly upset when she got home. Please review the teller's customer service training as it needs to be improved. We won't be going back as the customer service in Wynnum central is far better.
