Very poor service. So much time, drama and questions to close accounts with zero balances that charge fees.

Staff do not help touched another customer phone did not wash or clean hands , waited over 45 mins just to get bank statement. Very poor service

Very happy with the service provided by Lauren yesterday. She was very patient, thorough, friendly and approachable, and had taken time to go through all information regarding setting up bank accounts, credit card and comminsure with me. Thank you very much for the great service.

Slow staff but friendly. Low stars as due to being slow had to stand at computer for over 40minutes for simple ID check which hurt my back due to no seating.
