You will find friendly staff with best customer service in this branch . I had chance to refinance my home loan after almost 1.5 year after I was with Westpac. Actually ,I switched my Mortgage from Westpac to Commonwealth bank to save money and get extra for renovation and this happen because of their professional advice specially from Home Lending Specialist (Shannon Pritchard). I am very happy about their service and I strongly recommend this branch specially if you are looking for home loan or refinancing .

Staff member was polite but information she gave menI found to be complicated and confusing. I was going to New Zealand and I got given brochures about setting up different accounts and told of different fees and charges I would have to pay when using them. As clear as mud to me. I ended up using the ASB Bank while in New Zealand. This bank is owned by the Commonwealth Bank. I used my usual everyday card in ASB ATMs, it converted the currency with only a $2 charge. No hassles. Why couldnt she have told me that?
