Wonderful staff, very helpful and a branch with a great attitude.

There is a new female staff for greeting and customer service. She doen't know how to provide good customer service. Another female staff for consultant she normally provides an Excellent customer service. She needs to learn how to provide the excellent customer service like her!

Went into Bankwest Queen street to change my name after getting married and was warmly greeted by Elise. What a gem! She was so friendly and a joy to interact with. Branch manager (Joel?) was fantastic too

Despite following all instructions, leaving work hours early, parking in the city, arriving an hour before closing, get told to come back again as no one had time to help me. Should have gone to the next branch, on the gold coast. Customer lost for life.

We were waiting in line for service. No problem, we were fine. Other people waiting behind us. Then suddenly a women walks in and cuts in front of us. We told the staff and they only appologised and served the woman. We also said the other people were waiting too... We had to wait an additional 15 minutes because they wouldn't tell the person to go to the back of the line. We have a joint account we use for home savings. After this, we took our entire balance to NAB. NAB have called out line cutters before, showing that they at least care.
