A great people's bank in the middle of the City centre! This bank are not concerned about profits but their customers come first! A great way to start a portfolio!

Low fees and good service.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bank!!! They don't seem to understand we are the customer and they are there to work for us, not make us jump through hoops and make everything hard. I tried to open up a business account , this turned into a nightmare of not knowing what they were doing, mistakes and rudeness. I will be looking for another bank on Monday and the two other (basic ) accounts that I have with Heritage will be closed asap. A serious waste of time dealing with these people.
