Was served by a teller named Svetlana today and she was amazingly helpful and kind when helping me with my account troubles. I am very grateful and impressed with her service.

Should just fire everyone at this branch starting with management. You know they are useless when the staff they train are equally so.

It took me 20 minutes with out exaggeration to withdraw money from the teller (over 2000). Absolutely disgraceful service, not to sound self-righteous, but i wasnt even greeted on where to go as there are no more traditional behind-the-glass tellers also as they were all standing counters. Only after 5 minutes after waiting in the unstructured line at the entrance I was told to go to the "back" there were no signs at all to even indicate this. During the long and frustrating wait, it was even worse watching the attendant fumble through trying to withdraw cash. This is the reason why I'm going to leave cba. Service downhill and at several branches. This is not a Isolated incident.

6 weeks over 10 branch visits and they still haven’t created my business account I’ve just cancelled and I’m using anz for business now. Pathetic!
