Suncorp Bank

WORST bank to be with. Calling for assistance is a nightmare to even locate the right department you're after let alone the wait time to even speak to someone. Once you get through you get someone from overseas. It only took 5 minutes to get through ID check and updating contact information until we Finally got to the purpose of my call. I called a few days prior so I don't see how my information could have possibly changed over night. The consultant put me on hold to sort out my issue without even knowing what my issue was because he hadn't even asked yet! Suncorp needs to have a better system in place where each department CLAIMS BANKING INSURANCE ETC all have their own contact numbers instead of having to be put though choosing the right prompts to find the area you need to go to. NIGHTMARE! such a big company yet can't afford or not willing to train their consultants properly. Been passed around from person to person for days not because no one knows what they're doing! FINALLY went back to another off shore consultant John who actually managed to help me with everything he was very pleasant and helpful but the inconsistency throughout the company as a whole is not what you'd expect from a "high end" company.

A coffee machine provides a complimentary coffee for any customer who asks for it! Two teller machines & a coin dispensing machine is available! Two service desks are provided with assistance! Very spacious & clean environment!

Shocking experience more like been in a cattle yard

Great staff and customer service. Bernard was very helpful with setting up an account from scratch which I thought would be a very long and confusing process. Definitely did not make the wrong choice signing up to this bank! He made the whole process very easy and clear right from the start :) + google pay is a lifesaver.

Only suncorp bank can bely my already low expectations with their debacle of an internet banking system from 2001. No search history for transactions over 1 year (should be as long as 7 or the ATO requires) and get this - if you have a trust you can’t even go through the morale destroying quagmire of thumbing though pdf’s aka “e-statements” - what the actual f? Looks like I have to go through the arduous process of moving accounts to another bank for *reasonable* banking necessities in 2019
