They offer awesome dual currency debit card for frequent travellers to China. Also they offered me a golden credit card with ZERO annual fee for 4 years! I couldn't believe that a Chinese origin bank can have such great service and product in Brisbane.

Wanted to open dual currency account, staff told me that they can server me one hour later and it will take 45min!!!

As of March 2013 they were not operational but was very helpful to give good suggestion when I went to change money. Will go here when they are operational

I called for consultation today, and my attitude is generally a little arrogant. Please give me some training.
