Westpac Branch South Bank

Honestly, such rude customer service. No greeting upon entering the branch. I didn't mind waiting although it would be nice to be recognised. The server was already cranky because it seems as if she lost information on her computer from a previous customer that she needed but there was no need to redirect that to me, that's not my fault. I don't see why that matter needed to be solved infront of me either, it should wait untill you have finished serving your customer sitting infront of you or at the very least excuse yourself from the desk. I understand that there was only 2 staff on floor and a line of customers going out the door when its close to closing time although there is no reason to be rude. No manners were used and i assume English was not her first language so communication there was frustraiting. I had to pick up my bag and let myself out when she couldnt help further while the gentleman on floor looked flustered ( He was also serving customers) also trying to help the server do her job at the same time. Disappointed in the lack of experienced staff.
