St.George Branch Brisbane, Queen St

Received terrible service at the inhaler branch just last week... 2 hour waiting... Just the woman behind the counter was blunt, rude, had bad monkey breath and used no manners, even farted and swooshed it around the area with her hand! Her name is Bronwyn... She needs to get a written warning for speaking to a customers with no respect... Negative stars out of 5.

My experience with this particular St George branch is some of the best customer service I've ever experienced and I've been in the customer service industry for over 15 years. When I came back from overseas and had to open a new bank account, the team were not only helpful but went out of their way to make me feel welcomed in a personal way and not just in a professional way. When I returned a week or so later the gentlemen that looked after me picked up our conversation from where we left off asking if I had found the gym and supplement store I was looking for the last time I was in. It just showed a level of care and service missing from a lot of the businesses in the cbd. A lot of these negative reviews seem to be about what the bank system "lacks" which most times is out of the control of the people who work in the branches. But I can vouch that going in and dealing with the staff is a pleasure and I'm glad I chose to bank with you guys.

Waited 20 minutes. No service. It was like a sheltered workshop.

What is the point of a cashless bank? I wanted to cash a cheque sent by a relative and this is the only st George branch in the city and it has no cash? Absolutely useless
