Great place to get money, and a free pen

Wow... I like this bank. Good service. Digital bank. Banking hall very clean and tidy.

I Absolutely had the best experience here this morning. I arrived a little too early(before opening) to deposit a large sum of money into my account and so I decided to use the ATM. Stupidly, I deposited the whole amount at once and the machine malfunctioned. A staff member (Luke) came outside to assist me and I told him of my dilemma. He said that he had to put in a dispute and it would take a couple of days to resolve. However, After he realized that I was clearly distressed about it, he took it upon himself to go over and beyond to help me. Like asked me to wait at his desk and he then gathered a few others so that they could access the Atm. within less than 10mins later, he returned with the full amount and proceeded to personally deposit the funds for me. I was so grateful as I had a deadline today to pay for a European trip that I have booked for myself. Super Happy with the staff here at this NAB branch.

I try to avoid using this branch, I once waited fifteen minutes to be seen, when I was the only person waiting! This branch is located about 20 metres from my office door but it's far quicker for me to walk ten minutes to the next branch than it is for me to wait for someone to see me at this branch, even when they're seemingly quiet.

Really poor customer service. I went into the branch to request some simple changes to one of my accounts. I believe I dealt directly with the branch manager who told me they would get back to me about it 'that afternoon'. A week later I followed up and it turns out I actually had to do some paperwork (not sure how the branch manager didn't know about this requirement), which they would email to me. A week later I had to follow up as I still hadn't received the email. Eventually got the email and lodged the paperwork in person at the branch on the same day I received the email. A week later I had to follow up again to see if they could provide an update because I still hadn't heard anything. Still no resolution as yet...
