ANZ Branch

Excellent service. Went in to get a bank cheque drawn up and the gentleman went above an beyond to help, even working into his break, which I felt bad about but sincerely thank him as it was time critical. It's an atrocity this branch will be closing and I wish the gentleman all the best in his future endeavours.

Where to start. Staff are helpful when they don't make a mistake. After the mistake your of to a third world call centre that doesn't give a dam.My advice DON'T BANK WITH THE ANZ. Go to a credit union for better service.
