NAB branch

This ATM again! I put $440 and it has some error and returned 420 to me! Why this machine is always making problem? It's been twice to me! I'm very annoyed for this frequent problems!

Went here to with my brother to set up his online banking and to open a bank account. The lady that served us was very polite and friendly. She answered all our queries objectively and was also inquisitive with issues my brother was having with his mobile number registered.

Terrible service, inefficient staff and procedures to served customers.nnWalked in and waited to be served, there was originally x2 staff at the teller counter, 1 serving and the other counting notes. The lady counting notes then looked at us (the only ones waiting in line) and walked away to the other side of the building/room still in sight.nn10min pass, a 3rd guy comes over and asks if he can help, we explain we need to cash an international cheque and he says he cannot help and we must wait. The lady in the meantime is literally picking her nose and doing nothing and the 3rd guy is at the door waiting for new customers (we and the nice old lady being served were the only two in the store by the way).nnIn summary, There were 2 customers, 3 staff and only one of them serving. I had to leave for a doctors appointment without any service. My partner and I agreed it was some of the worst service we’d ever seen and what appeared to be a seriously inefficient hierarchal store management policy.
