No staff. No privacy. Slow teller. Very bad service. Lazy staff easily seen by the public.

No privacy, while waiting in line the person infront of me was listening to the amount of money i requested to be withdrawn from my account.. i dont like the new system at all

Oh Dear. Having visited the Nambour Branch this morning the 20th Sept at around 11am with my wife to talk about investments we found a few changes in the surrounds, and having managed a get a seat for my wife who has a mobility problem we waited for twenty five minutes for one of the only two consultants who were with clients, before deciding it was not worth waiting anymore.nAs a shareholders and clients for some fifty years we were more than somewhat disappointed. There were only four staff on duty and I had the impression that the branch may be closing down. Vi Blowers. Palmwoods.
