Very friendly staff, efficient service.

This has been my bank for many years. The staff there always happy to assist and when I emailed with an enquiry they got back to me ASAP with an appointment made for me straight away to come in.nnI suggest those who want to apply for loans etc actually contact the bank and ask if an appointment is needed. Considering a mortgage application can take an hour plus, I don’t see how people think they can just walk in and expect prompt service.

Was concerned to come here after reading all the bad reviews. Arrived 11:30 on Saturday and was served within 2 minutes. The customer service agent, 'Rangar' (sp?) was very helpful, friendly and professional, and I had my new card set up within minutes. Thanks guys!
