Feedback has been shared directly with someone from telephone banking team.

The staff are generally nice and helpful but every time I go in they only have one person on the teller and you have to wait half an hour or more if you're not at the front of the line. Other staff stand around nearby but don't jump on a teller to clear off the line quicker. Really disappointing.

Fantastic experience! The whole team helped me during a very difficult time. I couldn’t be more grateful for the support they provided. By far the best Bank and Branch I’ve been to in all of my 45yrs of banking!!

You’ll wait 30+ minutes to see a single teller. Only a handful of customers in the store. Staff sitting idle out the back.

Lots of screen for online banking but I want to speak to real person.
