Really nice new store and very helpful staff

Nice setup but still have to wait.

I had a very bad experience with Suncorp Bank. I started an account and had to wait for more than 4 months for the card to arrive and am still waiting. I rang the customer service and went personally couple of times for this and I was told many lame reasons. Finally they asked me to ring back the bank and when I did the Manager was rude not even trying to hear what I have to say but just kept on talking like a recorded message not even wanting to listen to what I have to say. The staff has no coordination whatsoever as they are giving me misleading information. It’s hard to believe in this era that it’s so difficult to deal with an account. Really depressing.

This is the best looking Suncorp branch i have ever beensbeen in. Miss Leearna is very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Easily the fanciest Suncorp I’ve been to! You are greeted at the front by someone to help you with any queries you might need help with and/or directed to where to go. Your name is taken and called when it’s your turn. There are hot and cold drink facilities too, which is nice. All staff were happy, courteous and very helpful. I’m so glad this is now my local Suncorp having recently moved to the area :-)
