Westpac Branch Carindale

Staff can't actually do anything retain loyal customers. I'm changing to a fee free bank (BankWest seems good, great service over the phone and setup my personal accounts within minutes)

Thank you Myka for your excellent, professional service. Myka was very caring and was very patient in answering all my questions. The rest of the staff in the carindale branch were lovely as well.

Jamie and Cody are great. They know their stuff and are always very helpful.

The branch does not answer their phone and do not return calls. It is disgraceful and I wouldn't recommend banking there.

Insufficient training for staff. Really disappointing service.
