Suncorp Bank Cannon Hill

We drive pass our local Suncorp Branch, and travel further for the excellent service that we receive at the Cannon Hill Branch. We would especially like to thank Talia for her help in introducing us to Internet Banking. This is something I would not ordinarily feel comfortable or confident in doing, but through Talia's professional manner and caring nature, (and patience!!) we have finally caught up to the 21st century way of Banking! Fiona has previously helped me with my house/contents insurance and this week helped me again with my car insurance. I have been a Suncorp customer since the mid 1970s and I have absolute confidence in them. Fiona has gone out of her way to help me and I truly appreciate her knowledge, empathy and understanding. She is an asset to Suncorp, and because of her I would recommend Suncorp to anyone.

Hands down the worst branch I’ve been to.nCompletely under staffed and extremely untidy.nOne Teller in operation with customers queuing up outside.

The Atm out the front is ALWAYS broken, and the waiting time inside the branch is too long

Polite staff and you shouldn't expect to wait here too long. The staff are patient too and helpful. However I've made requests of the bank that they promised to do but never did.
