My self and my daughter are in the process of setting up new businesses and I can not praise the Bank of Queensland at Cannon Hill enough. All the staff I have dealt with are super friendly-customer service is above and beyond what the other banks are delivery for sure. You get to be served by the same person regularly-not like the other banks!nI would like to personal thank a couple of teams membersnMarcia for amazing service and how efficiently she handle my inquiry and follow up to the right person. Emily for making me feel that I was not a bother and she solved my problem perfectly for my accountants needs. Kate Brown for reaching out to us and helping us every step of the way setting up our business accounts -taking special care of my daughter who is only 15 and setting up her own eye lash extension business. Kate has over delivered on the customer service and care that she has provided us both with. I now look forward to ringing the bank or going in to see them as they are all so lovely-I'm so looking forward to a long and friendly relationship with Cannon Hill Bank of Qld they are leaders in there field hand down. As a 20 plus year customer I can highly recommend the team at BOQ at Cannon Hill. The service I have received over the years has been faultless. It is evident that customer service is very much a high priority, and nothing is too much trouble.
