CBA ATM

The ATM is fine, and I like that it's in off the street, but I can't say muvh about the branch because I couldn't get served ud83dude14 The sign outside with their hours said that they were open, but the security screen was closed ud83dudd10 I could see people in there but no one wanted to help me. ud83eudd14 I know people are doing more online banking these days, but what's up with the branches?

Poor service, patronising staff. Even if they advertise a service on their physical door and the internet, call and check first. Almost completely useless unless you just need an atm. Female teller tried to pretend to feel bad about not being able to perform a simple transaction listed on the branch services plaque by screwing up her face in that same way your year 8 teacher used to when you wanted to go to the toilet at 5 mins in to class and she DNGAF.
