Suncorp Bank

Regret joining this bank and even worse having this as my local branch. Staff with poor attitude who don't seem to know what they are doing and giving incorrect information.

Visited in person to set up an estate account and gave them all the documents they requested. They said they would be in touch if they needed anything to process the estate account. Two months rolls by and no notification, so we visit them again at the branch. It turns out they were waiting on another document - but didn't notify at all despite having our contact details? Kind of a bummer because the processing time now will be quite long.

Very disappointed in this banks processes.

Suncorp's automated phone directory process does not provide a good customer experience. How hard is it to provide a local branch no. to save being on hold for 10 minutes..

These ladies are total diamonds ♦ufe0f I visited Ronnie who gave me her unlimited time without a prior appointment sorting out my now deceased mother’s bank affairs. It was a mess and I was stressed but she even managed to bring some humor to the situation at how my mum took “don’t put your eggs in one basket” to new highs. She was a treasure and always loved visiting the girls at Carindale, Cannon Hill and in her latter years the Ashgrove branch. Thank you wonderful ladies for your dedication to customer service with a gold star. ⭐ufe0f Angela
