Claire is simply exceptional. She advised me on the best way to transfer a large sum of money efficiently and even saved me some money on an unrelated business account. Friendly, knowledgeable and diligent. I could have called the bank and handled this transaction over the phone, but there's simply no substitute for the amazing quality of service I received this afternoon.

This is definitely one of the best banks I have ever visited in terms of helpfulness and customer service. I hope the higher ups at CWB appreciate the work they do.

I had the most bad experience and bad customer service. Two years ago I have told them I have moved and given them my new address also close an account of mine, they did not closed it yet, so I'm still paying rent for my old address where I used to live. I can tell you this worst bank I might have to change banks.
