Australian Military Bank

The Australian Military Bank is by far the best bank I have banked with. The branch staff and phone staff are all super helpful and friendly.

Mark Fenwick from Australian Military Bank has been absolutely fantastic!! When buying our first home, we had so many questions and a few concerns and Mark was there the whole way through to provide support and guidance. He made the entire process seamless and stress free. Not only that, he is an extremely warm and friendly person, extremely professional and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was also very prompt in doing what he said he was going to do. He is an absolute credit to AMB. Can not recommend Mark and Australian Military enough!! 5/5.

Worst fees, highest interest rates. The highest to any other bank in Australia in overdraft fees if you accidentally go over.nnWould not recommend.

Poor customer service, poor issue resolution

They said they could approve my loan in 15mins, than it takes them more than 48hrs from time of first application on a Wednesday till I got an answer at 3pm on Friday afternoon. All with the excuse sorry we're short staffed. If I could give less than 1 star I would
