Generally have had a great experience here.nnBank is clean, inviting and generally nice.nnOnly things for improvement would be shop size. Can get a bit cozy when lots of people in.

Friendly staff. Lots of parking next to the bank. Has an ATM outside but also one inside for deposits and fast withdrawals.

Very helpful when we had to solve some issues. Nice people

Warning to all bank robbers , they have an alarm system.

Absolutely disgusting service. Took my 6 year old in to deposit his piggy bank money today to be told the coins needed to be put into bags as they don't have a change counter but they close in 5 mins. Ok I told the horrible lady where are some bags to put the coins in? No we close in 5 mins. Try Aspley or North Lakes who have automatic change counters if you have a card. I said he doesn't have a card. She replied the coins would need to be in bags then but they were closing. I then had to explain to my confused son why they wouldn't take his money. Will never use this branch again. Disgraceful customer service.
