Westpac Branch Strathpine

Walked, caught a train down to my strathpine branch to us smart ATM and all closed. Then had to catch another train to use smart ATM at north lakes. Thanks for the heads up, would it of been to hard to let people know by email or phone. Stuffed my Saturday morning up. Thanks a lou

Absolutely love the staff at the Strathpine branch. I can’t remember her name but there is a blonde lady who is usually on the front counter who is amazing, kind hearted and helpful. Also the branch manager is brilliant too. They both went above and beyond to help me. So happy I changed banks and went to this branch. 10/10 recommend.

New branch with the same old disgraceful attitudes. I was welcomed by a female yelling across the floor at me, not very discreet or professional and made to feel inferior. Thank you for your help Pia.
