Terrible treatment by the bank manager Narelle, who treated my elderly mother like she had dementia and offered to do her banking for her. Definitely avoid this branch.

The staff are friendly & helpful but the service times are far too long. I left the center after seeing the same people in the line waiting for 45 mins. It just goes to show to the banking community that people really do want to use a bricks and mortar bank rather than try to do it online.

I've always found staff extremely helpful and friendly - never ever has anyone been rude to anyone when I've been there.
