Absolutely dreadful service. Staff floating around but no one to serve you

Terrible experience today with customer service.

Wasted 30 minutes of my time and at the end the staff wasn't able to do it because she was new. I don't know who the hell is managing this branch. Shame on you

I'd give zero stars, but that's not an option, I am that disgruntled, I will be ringing the local ombudsman, fair trading, and changing my car insurance and ctp over to another company come Monday, the manager promised to call me back before 5 pm about an issue, a suncorp mistake that will see me in financial ruin just before Xmas, I didn't receive that call at all, and it wasn't rectified, cheers suncorp, you lost a customer.
