BOQ Albany Creek

I have been banking with this branch for over 25 years. I have always found the service to be fantastic. Keep up the great work.

Great customer service

Not a happy customer. Opened numerous accounts with BOQ. The girls at the front always gave the best service. Then the bank closes & all of our accounts, personal & business are transferred to Albany Creek. We did not get a phone call to tell us what had happened or to ask if we wanted our accounts to go there. Did get a letter from the owner/manager at Albany Creek saying that they would be in contact within the next few weeks, sorry guys the next few weeks finished about 6 months ago if not more. A simple phone call would of made all the difference between a not happy & a very happy customer. Too late to try to fix it now.

Worst customer service I've EVER encountered in banking! 2 staff yelled at me from behind the glass when I tried to explain an issue. Then the branch manager came out, cornered me and told me to go find another bank. So I did. Much happier and getting real customer service now!

Terrible branch. Never respond to emails and constantly make mistakes configuring accounts. I can't wait to move banks.
