warren is amazing and friendly, but the other main clerk (older asian dude) is incredibly rude. Whenever i go in and ask for help he laughs at me and sends me to the back of the line. Incredibly frustrating because i’m really young and just want to use the post office.
I made an error and sent a package to my old address. It was on its way back to the shipper. After tracking down the package to this location, I went during a lunch break to pick it up. I was really grateful to the USPS staff member who tracked down my package in only 5 minutes from the time I walked into the store! I wasn’t late getting back to work and I wasn’t out this lovely present for my daughters birthday! Thank you for helping a little 4 year olds birthday! Thank you for your hard work USPS!
Great customer service! It just sucls there is no kiosk here.
A good location full of knowledgeable and helpful folks. Warren was very patient with me and helpful while figuring out the money orders I was getting.
This is my neighborhood post office and they have been so fantastic and helpful for all my mail and shipping needs. I am so thankful for them.
