Every time I’ve ever visited this post office, the employees are impatient and rude
Worst post office I have EVER dealt with. They talked horribly to my husband and refused to ship a package I had already paid for because it was a couple ounces over. They told him you should know better and talked down to him. If you hate your job that much you should consider another career. I have been a frequent eBay seller and wanted to help the usps by continually purchasing through here, but not anymore!
Went in at 10 am on 6/24. Tried to drop off a few packages and the lady at the counter was so extremely rude and clearly hated her life and job and was taking it out on my wife and I. We don’t have time or space for people that act like this in the customer service world. The absolute worst service I’ve ever received at a post office, wrote all over my packages without asking yelling at my wife that my stuff was ‘all wrong’ while not telling her why. Baffled that someone like this even has a job working within a 5 mile radius of other humans.
Every time I come in, VA what’s the workers are polite, and efficient.nI need to get them done quickly.
The post office as a whole would gets 4 stars but this review is for TRICIA. Don’t give customer attitude, and stop saying you are ‘telling me something’ cause 1. That’s a give-in since you are talking to me 2. When you tell me you are ‘telling’ me something that’s called giving attitude. Leave your attitude at home and save it for your loved ones!
