My work is done in very short span of 15 minutes. Service was very good
No line, easy to get to (for me). I can just walk right over and I don't have to wait in a long line. Great customer service. I was in and out in a flash!
Very friendly! The agent joked with me and was very quick to process my package. And it went across the country in three days for $3! That's nuts. I'm very impressed by the Post Office.
A package was lost, and I went to this location for answers because the tracking website doesn't have any customer service contacts. Turns out that location didn't have the package, but all they kept saying was to go to my ZIP codes post office and not saying why, and not even trying to find out what happened. As far as investigating, the manager read me word for word off the USPS tracking sheet, which was pointless because I had showed her the site to give her the tracking number on my phone.nnThey were quite unhelpful and although the counter worker and manager used polite words, their tone definitely was not.
