I dropped off some prelabeled packages today there was a very small line they had several people working. I was in and out very quickly. They must have on extra staff normally this time of year they are very very busy or maybe I just got lucky. The lady at the drop off counter was extremely helpful and friendly.
I love the post office! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. If you need to drop off a package that already has postage, you don't even have to wait in line. There's a self-serve machine and plenty of boxes, customs slips, and labels. Plus, all of the pens work!! 10/10 USPS forever
USPS is absolutely horrible. I filed a change of address exactly one month ago and I have yet to see a single piece of my mail. Every single person I've dealt with has been unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Most notable is Alexandra Erickson, manager of this location. I explained that I haven't received my mail and that I paid the fee for the change of address service. Alexandra seems to think it's okay to hold people's mail hostage, and then force you to physically GO to the post office-- in the midst of a global pandemic, I can think of few places that feel less safe than a post office, where mail that people have touched from literally all over the world circulates. I let Alexandra know I don't feel safe and inquired about a refund, and haven't heard a single thing from her. That was over a week ago. Meanwhile I'm waiting on bills and important mail, and we've reached the one month mark. This is so unprofessional and infuriating. I've tried calling the local branch several times but the 1-800 number won't connect me to anyone there. I sincerely hope USPS loses every cent of their funding, because it's absolutely maddening that I'm being forced to deal with such an unprofessional service.
Somehow they actually lost 3 packages I dropped off there. This is the only time I’ve ever had something lost by USPS. Won’t answer the phone or follow up on my missing package claims. Unbelievable...
Been trying for a month to get their maintenance person to come out so I can switch a bank of mailboxes out. Not the office employees fault but someone needs to be able to schedule this not just rely on their maintenance guy to call. Employees have told me its not just the customers that have a problem with this. Its a known problem and nobody takes the lead to change the poor service.
