Holiday Park location has been nothing but great. The USPS does not get enough credit for the work that they do and the people they employ. Keep up the good work! I know the truth.
Tried to get a package delivered with necessary items for new apartment. There was a delay, but that was because Amazon dumped a bunch of packages on the post office last minute on a Sunday. Amy, the delivery manager was kind enough to call me at the end of the day to confirm delivery. Thanks Amy!
I cant believe the bad reviews. Ive had nothing but good luck here. I actually had trouble with one of those private mailbox companies and the lady here took the time to help me get my mail back with the USPS. Thank you. My advice stay away from those private mail places they own your mail. And its a real hassle to get your mail reinstated back to the USPS.
I have a PO Box here and do all my shipping, there hasn’t been a negative experience. Everyone here, Judy in particular, are wonderful.
Reviewing my one experience here to balance all the negative reviews. I was in and out in 10 or 20 minutes and observed both clerks being kind and efficient.
