They’ve always been friendly and helpful every time I came in here. Recently I got a PO Box, and they made sure I was all set with everything.
Every single time I’m expecting a package to be delivered, they never actually deliver it. They just stick an “attempted delivery” note in my mailbox and send it back to the post office. I know they never attempt the delivery because I make sure I am home/awake during the times my mail comes. No knock at the door, nothing. This has been going on for months. It’s getting REALLY annoying having to go to the post office to get my deliveries, especially when I’m trying to stay away from public areas during this pandemic.

I can't thank Caleb enough for his dedication to making sure the registered mail I sent got to it's location on time. He took time out of his days on multiple occasions to make sure everything went well and keep me updated. Caleb went above and beyond and I certainly appreciate his hard work and dedication!
