2 times in a month time span they have delivered packages not to my house. And then don’t even attempt to fix the problem! Thanks for losing some of my kids Christmas presents. This office is a joke and wish I could just have ups or fedex deliver all of my mail
Was waiting for delivery of a package last night. Given package for a neighbor one street over. That was on Friday, can’t have it resent until Monday. Maybe I will get lucky and the neighbor she gave it too , will bring it to me.
My mail delivery lady is terrible. She has a bad attitude and told me not to order anything heavy.nI had to file a complaint to stop getting other people’s mail. She logs tracking that packages are dropped when they aren’t. Other times packages will be “out for delivery” and it’ll be days before it’s dropped off.
Post office said they attempted to deliver package at 6:17 pm, said there was no access to driveway or front porch...Well you can get in my drive,and we were sitting on the front porch with the neighbors...
Been on the phone for ten minutes and they close at 5pm which is now that time. I have a wait time of 30-40 minutes!!! Wait what! Called about a package but the service they provide on the phone is horrible! It’s almost like they want to try to have no option to have you talk to a rep for support at all. With no number to press for one and zero certainty didnt work, I’m left on the phone waiting for the survey at the end because let’s face it they aren’t going to answer ud83dude02
