They are very friendly and helpful.
The service is generally great once you are in (people are very friendly and helpful), but don't try going there on time when it opens (they are supposed to open at 8:30am. I was there, along with 3 other customers, at 8:30am sharp on a Monday and the place was closed. We waited for 10 minutes before someone showed up and then we were told by the lady opening up that we would need to wait about 10-15 more minutes for her to set up. So, they say they open at 8:30am, but unless you want to sit around waiting which most of us don't have the time or patience for, I suggest going there later in the morning. I would have given it a 4 or 5 star if it weren't for this point. It is slack and unprofessional to not open on time when you say you will. It wastes people's time.
I needed to get my rent check to my landlord by the next day. Rather than simply presenting me with next-day shipping options, the clerk pointed out that the distance to the post office housing the P.O. Box number for my landlord was located nearby and would cost me far less to drive directly to that P.O. Box and drop it off. This saved me about $35. I'm very grateful to the employee who gave me the information (including the street address and directions).

Where is my package? It says out for delivery by 8pm. Yet, here it is 9pm and it's still not here and my carrier has already come and gone. This is not the first time you people have screwed up my mail. Plus at least a couple times a week they put my neighbor's mail in with mine, mine with his, or even put mail for people on the other side of town in my mail. Are you guys on drugs or just incompetent?
